How does the 5% platform fee work?
It's taken from each class booking, on every plan, plus Stripe's standard card processing. Your monthly plan price stays the same however much you book.
Do members or instructors pay to join?
No. Members and instructors join free. Instructors can pay $4.99 a month for full marketplace visibility, and the same 5% fee applies to their class bookings.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days on Starter. No card is needed for a single studio; multi-studio accounts add a card at signup. Upgrade or cancel anytime.
Is there a contract?
No. Starter and Business+ are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How are instructors paid?
Automatically, every week. Earnings for a class become payable seven days after check in and go out with the studio's weekly payroll.
